Startups looking to book one fractional role can get started and subscribe for free, and access includes lean, pay-as-you-go access to any of our Fractionals on an on-demand, as-needed basis. If more than one role is booked, there is also a platform subscription fee billed every month.

Fractionals can be retained daily, weekly, or monthly and the usage fee for the knowledge used is accrued and billed weekly. While the rate on Fractio Bookings is competitive, our platform does not use a rate card to remain flexible depending on your startup stage and cash flow. You can request unlimited scopes of work before making a Fractio Booking.

If you want to book 1:1 guidance, a Office Hours session includes remote mentorship, coaching, and support for specific questions you have or scenarios you’re facing and trying to solve by getting the perspective of our network of Fractionals based on their vast professional expertise and personal experience in their field. During Office Hours, our Fractionals can coach you and offer a listening ear and guidance to help you to keep learning, growing, and being resilient in overcoming obstacles and challenges you are currently facing.

All subscriptions include access to our Fractionals to work on execution to further support your startup’s business objectives, which can include tactical implementation work or consultative advisory time to deliver specific strategic results or by doing the strategic work for you to achieve your goals.

Congratulations! Once you subscribe to a plan, you will also receive a welcome email with the details of your subscription plan, the frequency of your payments, and the dates your card on file will be charged. If you choose not to keep a card on file, you will be notified that an emailed invoice will follow soon.

Once your subscription is active, you will receive your login credentials to be able to access your account dashboard. You will be able to view our remote Office Hours calendar from within your dashboard to book time, as well as have access to our Scope of Work Request form and booking Fractional time.

Yes. Our subscription is designed to grow with your needs on a monthly basis, and you can pause it anytime. You can manage your subscriptions, including pausing a subscription, by clicking the “Manage Subscription” link included in all subscription notification emails, or by contacting us at team@fractio.co.

Please note, that your subscription will be paused at the end of the current billing cycle. You also may not cancel your subscription if a reserved Fractional’s time is in progress during the month. Our Terms of Service apply regardless of subscription status.

Yes. You can manage your subscriptions, including canceling a subscription, by clicking the “Manage Subscription” link included in all subscription notification emails, or by contacting us at team@fractio.co. You must first cancel your existing subscription before selecting a new plan on our website. Keep in mind that your current subscription will continue through the current billing cycle.

You have up to the number of remote Office Hours available to you within your subscription plan to use per month. Time does not roll over, so we advise you to take advantage of your allocated remote Office Hours to get the coaching and guidance you need from Fractionals on the platform. If the number of meeting requests you make exceeds the time available within any given billing cycle, meeting requests with Fractionals will simply be declined so that they may resume the following billing cycle.

No. Access to Fractionals is a benefit of the subscription tier you choose. The benefit of Remote Office hours is to give you the opportunity to either take the coaching and guidance you receive during Office Hours in-house based on recommendations, or extend the support of our Fractionals by reserving their time on a fractional basis to meet your startup needs. Booking a Fractional’s time to do work for you is based on the scope of work you’ve requested from the Fractional. Unlike freelance relationships which are highly transactional, we value our subscribers and make every effort to support their business objectives through mission-driven support through our Fractionals.

If, during your subscription, you would like to book a Fractional to do work for you, you can simply submit a Scope of Work Request from within your account dashboard, and a member of our team will contact you within 24 hours.

Once the request has been received, a 30-minute scoping call will be scheduled to discuss the Scope of Work further with the Fractional you choose. This call does not count toward your monthly remote Office Hours.

If at the end of the scoping call, all parties wish to continue with the work relationship, you can book their time in your dashboard, and the Fractional will be assigned to you based on the Scope of Work.
