Namik is an entrepreneur and consulting CTO. He began his career in startups as an early engineer at Zeel, a massage-on-demand platform. He then co-founded Wunderkind, an enterprise marketing SaaS platform. After working there for 12 years and scaling it to unicorn status, he now assists other startups with their engineering challenges. His areas of expertise include several disciplines available to serve startups, including: building and defining software solutions, ranging from an MVP to an enterprise platform; setting and streamlining the software development life cycle; technology selection and evaluation, both for greenfield projects and existing systems; hiring and team building, fostering team culture, and conducting team assessments; conducting due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and mergers; providing technology roadmap and recommendations for business growth; performing technology audits and assessments for optimization; offering technical leadership and mentoring for teams and stakeholders.
