To work with a Resident Fractional, submit a Scope of Work Request from your account dashboard. A team member will contact you within 24 hours to set up a 30-minute scoping call with the chosen Resident Fractional worker. If you wish to proceed after the call, the Resident Fractional will be added to your Team in your dashboard.
No. Access to Resident Fractionals is a benefit of your workspace.
You may choose to use the workspace to manage your existing contractors and team and leverage our Resident Fractionals to fill skill gaps on your team.
You may also choose to take the coaching and guidance you receive during Resident Office Hours in-house based on recommendations or extend the support of our Resident Fractionals by asking for a scope of work to implement and do the strategic or tactical work for you.
If you want to book 1:1 guidance, an Office Hours session includes remote mentorship, coaching, and support for specific questions you have or scenarios you’re facing and trying to solve.
You get to tap into the perspective of our Resident Fractionals based on their vast professional expertise and personal experience in their field. During Office Hours, our Residents can coach you and offer a listening ear and guidance to help you to keep learning, growing, and being resilient in overcoming obstacles and challenges you are currently facing.
Once your request for a workspace is approved you’ll receive an email to set up your account.
After your 30-day free trial, you will be invoiced the monthly platform fee for immediate payment, otherwise your workspace will expire.
Get access to a workspace to browse, retain, project manage, and pay as you go for work from Resident Fractionals on an on-demand, as-needed basis.
Resident fractional workers can be retained daily, weekly, or monthly and the usage fee for the knowledge used is accrued and billed as milestones are achieved. While the rate on Fractio Bookings is competitive, our platform does not use a rate card to remain flexible depending on your company stage and cash flow. You can request unlimited scopes of work before making a Fractio Booking and adding our Residents to the team within your workspace.
Companies can also integrate their own team or their own freelancers, consultants, or fractionals that they want to convert from hourly, fixed project, and time and materials-based pay to a unified milestone-based pay as you go model to better modulate cash burn rate on talent tied to on-going work.
